while most parents won’t admit it, they all have a favorite child. Ours is IPA. It is pale golden, with a lightly grassy and honey-forward malt body, dry bitterness, all supporting a gigantic aromatic hop structure based on a little Chinook and a bunch of Simcoe. Melon, black currant, pine, and grapefruit.
Hop Lopper 8.0%
Double IPA with a decapitating amount of hops. Cascade, Wakatu, and Caliente push tropical flavors to finish its golden malt body built with wheat and hefty dose of local honey.
West Main Wheat 5.2%
our American Wheat Ale with a citrus zest and honey floral finish. Easy on the eyes with a slight haze and straw-gold hue. Don’t stare too long, you may just fall in love.

simple is an understatement. Delicate malt character for our house yeast to shine its fruity esters. Hints of citrus, grass, and floral. The addition of Warrior will peek your interest. It has been dubbed our lawn-mowin’ beer.

the Nitro Milk Stout from hell, well at least the filtering of it was for our brewers, so It seemed fitting to pay tribute to when Solon briefly became Hollywood back in 1989. Rich nitro milk stout, slightly sweet and dark with chocolate bitterness.

our blended barleywine, fermented with Brett, was aged separately in barrels of Franciscan Cabernet and Short’s Whiskey. Deep sunset orange hue with candied fruit and apricot flavors that pair with the echoes of whiskey and grape must tannins.

Berliner Weisse inspired wheat ale. Bright, refreshingly tart, sour, and acidic with a little floral and grassy hop finish.
